Whole Wheat Pancakes in Almond Rabri just tastes like Malpua. Yes it does! And while Malpua the original is blissfull its deepfried and sugar loaded. This definately can be a great way to cutting on all its calories and still coming close to the taste.

Being in lockdown we hardly have liberty to use oil for deep frying. Not to mention I would anyways prefer this over deep fried. So yes when you have limited supplies, you use it wisely. Making things in small portions is my key to enjoy food and still not waste supplies. I generally also encourage people to share desserts so we enjoy the company and the sweetness. This full plate in pic was shared my all three of us and though each one got just one third of it, we just relished the taste.

When it comes to Whole Wheat Pancakes in Almond Rabri you can refrigerate it and enjoy it after some 30 mins. The summers is the ideal time to make this and create yummy and healthy memories with family. For the detailed recipe, check what all you need 🙂

  3. Heat you pancake pan and drizzle some oil, I used mini uttapam pan so get small pancakes.

  4. Add the batter on the pan and once it spreads enough to form a circle cover it and let it cook from one side.

  8. Once the milk thickens to a rabri consistency put off the flame.

  9. Now serve the wheat pancakes with this Almond rabri and enjoy the healthy version of Malpuas.
