Mushroom Beans RiceMushroom Beans Rice is one of my favorite lunch options. Infact I love creating these little twists in my rice by adding different combinations for a one pot meal like this capsicum pulao. So one of the days when I has some leftover boiled beans and some mushrooms in my fridge I quickly tried this combination and only wondered what took me so long to try it out.

Not just it was delicious but full of nutrition and served me for a perfect quick fix lunch. For people like me who work from home and don't want to put in more time in kitchen yet want wholesome food, Mushroom Beans Rice  is a perfect answer. Infact now I make sure to keep some mushrooms aside to make this for myself and enjoy it with some carrot raita.
