Egg and cheese sandwichThis Egg Cheese sandwich is one of my favorites and it also turned out to be a hit on breakfast table.Egg Cheese sandwich is a good tiffin option too and my son has already added this in his list of favorite snacks. So I saw this recipe first time on Tip Hero and then modified it as per my tastes and to just make it perfect for my home.

The best part of Egg Cheese sandwich that it gives a very beautiful texture and the spices make it super tempting. You can add your own choice of seasonings in the egg and enjoy the flavorful Egg Cheese sandwich. Infact if you cut it in small bit size squares ,Egg Cheese sandwich can be a good party snacks too.

Ingredients
  1. Wheat Bread: 4 slices
  2. Egg:1
  3. Cheese slices:2
  4. Green Chutney:1 tsp
  5. Ketchup: 1tsp
  6. Red Chilli flakes: 1tsp
  7. Black pepper:1/2 tsp
  8. Oregano:1/2tsp
  9. Basil: 1/2tsp
  10. Salt: as per taste
  11. Oil: 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Beat egg with all the seasonings and keep it aside.
  2. Spread chutney and ketchup on each bread and make a sandwich with cheese slice.
  3. Dip it in the egg mixture and shallow fry before serving it hot with chutney.
