Peel the Green Apple and grate them.
Heat a pan and heat ghee and add fennel, nigella seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seeds and as they splutter add grated green apple and cook it till it turns light brown and soft.
Now add jaggery powder and as jaggery and apple combine together into a thick paste add a pinch of salt, cardamom powder and garam masala. The mixture should turn glossy and come together.
Turn off the flame and let it cool down and then store in an air tight container.
You can enjoy this with toast, parathas or just like that too.
