Green Apple Chunda

Green Apple Chunda tasted superb! And no this isn’t my recipe but my mother in law’s. While she is was around in the kitchen one of the days , she saw two green apples sitting together and smiling to her. Not sure if it was the smile or the color and she asked me if she should make this one recipe she makes every time she gets her hand on green apple. Well I was all game, after all who doesn’t like good food and I was sure she would make one.

Generally she likes working in mid afternoon when Kitchen is fairly less busy and I could smell the amazing chunda right from my work desk. The smell of all spices together was tantalizing my senses and all I wanted to dig it. But I waited patiently till the next day to enjoy it with hot parathas. It tasted so good that I could have easily over stuffed myself but then I resisted.

The Green Apple Chunda can be stored in an air tight container at room temperature or refrigerator and you can also enjoy it like  a spread or chutney.
