In a bowl add Steamed Cauliflower and add salt, cumin powder, peri peri masala, olive oil, chilli flakes, black pepper and lemon juice and let it marinate for 30 mins in refrigerator.
Roast or saute garlic slices and add in the mixer
Then in a mixer add the marinated cauliflower, the marinate itself if left , curd, cashew and blend it add well in a fine mix.
