Spicy Cauliflower Dip

Spicy Cauliflower Dip is one yum sum recipe which you must try. All you have to do is not tell people what is it really? Like don’t say its Cauliflower Dip but as them to guess it rather.

My experience is that if you let people know..ya even adults that it is cauliflower , they would certainly not taste. So reveal the secret after they start enjoying it. Then they would be off their guards against the humble vegetable itself. You would love the creaminess that Cauliflower Dip gives , infact I use it at times for my pasta sauce too. Comes out so well!

So yes, while its easy , surprisingly the taste is neutral too for you to play around more. While you can keep it plain and cheesy, I tried to make it Spicy Cauliflower Dip. You can also innovate more on spices to add but for the best nutrition keep the cauliflower steamed and enjoy it in the form. if you want it Vegan, skip the hung curd part and use some water.
