A simple, baked version of Bihari Thekua are these healthy version Thekua Cookies
Take a bowl and add ghee and mix jaggery and beat till it turns creamy.
Make a powder of fennel seeds along with cardamom and mix in this ghee and jaggery mix.
Gradually add a little salt and add whole wheat flour in the ghee mix.
Use little water to make dough but do not knead the dough.
Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees and meanwhile grease the tray and roll the dough and cut into small circular cookies and bake it at 180 degrees for 15 mins.
Now let it sit down in the over first for 5 mins and then take it out and cool them completely.
Store it in air tight container.
