Heat 1 tsp oil and saute 1 tsp ginger and garlic, green chilli ,
Add oats with salt to taste , little pepper powder and saute for 30 secs before adding 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup water (if needed) to cook oats nicely.
Add some oregano seasoning and keep it aside. You can add any italian seasoning or even garam masala for indian flavour.
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp on oil and add come cumin seeds.
Next add some green chilli and chopped garlic and then green peas with salt and pepper to taste. Let this cook covered for 5 to 6 mins till peas are done.
Next add some lemon juice and some oregano and put off the flame.
Take a greased baking dish and first add a layer of peas and then cover it with cooked oats. Now top this up with diced tomatoes , sliced onions , flax seeds powder and some coriander.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 mins and then bake this at 180 degrees for 5 to 7 mins again.
Serve it by cutting into pie like pieces and enjoy with some fresh juice.
