Heat oil and add bay leaf, saute garlic , coriander stalks and then onions till translucent.
Meanwhile blanch peas and make a paste with almonds, salt and black pepper
Add the peas paste into to onions being cooked and some sugar and mix for another 2-3 min.
Then add veg stock and give it a nice mix.
Sieve it and give a tempering of garlic and serve hot
