Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 5-6 Soaked and Peeled Almonds
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Green Coriander Stalks
  • 2 cups Vegetable Stock
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and add bay leaf, saute garlic , coriander stalks and then onions till translucent.

  2. Meanwhile blanch peas and make a paste with almonds, salt and black pepper

  3. Add the peas paste into to onions being cooked and some sugar and mix for another 2-3 min.

  4. Then add veg stock and give it a nice mix.

  5. Sieve it and give a tempering of garlic and serve hot
