Dry roast almonds and muskmelon seeds on slow to medium flame separately and keep aside.
Now heat 1 tbsp of ghee and roast makhanas into it for good 5 mins till they are crispy.
Now transfer these makhanas while they are still warm to a grinder along with almonds , muskmelon seeds, jaggery powder, cinnamon, cherry and one more tbsp of ghee and run the mixer for one minute.
You would get gooey powder which you transfer in a plate and with hand make small ladoos while the mixture is still warm.
Serve it with some crushed dried cherries and they go perfectly well to start the day in morning.
