Lychee LemonadeLychee Lemonade is so amazing and equally easy. If the lychees are sweet like the ones I had you definitely don’t need any additional sugar. Otherwise just add some honey along with other things. Also this is thick because of the pulp of lychee , if you want you can sieve and just use the juice and avoid pulp.  I however love the pulp as it adds the fibre too and goes really well with some ice in this.

If you want to make a Mojito , just add some soda water too. Yes ! its that simple.

At my place this finished before I could take my next sip and no one complained that I used 20 lychees all together. In past too I have worked on Lychee mocktail but that wasn’t so healthy and well balanced. Infact I used real juice which for sure is any thing but real.

Ingredients

  • 20 Lychees
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Black Salt
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel all the lychees , de-seed them and then add in a mixer grinder or blender and blend it into thick juice.

  2. In a glass puddle some mint leaves with lemon juice and black salt.

  3. Add some ice cubes and pour the litchee juice and stir before serving it.

  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon on the sides.
