Chana Dal Fritters are super yum snacks which as made here as super healthy and easy too. So while we love making fritters when it rains but making it healthy can help you craving and keep the oil content in control too.
Is this exactly the way fried fritters would taste…no!! But it does taste good enough to develop taste. I have not made deep fried now for ages and my family never asks too. But trust me it tastes great and quite good too if you can let go the greasiness of deep fried food. Good part about Appe Pan is that if you cover and cook, it allows to cook from inside uniformly. Team it up with nice chutney and enjoy the it like any other fritters.
