Onion and Ragi Roti is one of our recent additions to lunch menu. The thing is that for many months that I have been using Ragi , I wasn’t able to make the rotis myself and then some good friends told me how to fix millet rotis. This is actually they way how they make Bhakris and voila I have since then loved it.

All you need to do it make it fresh and enjoy with hot meal. If you do not want to make many things this Onion and Ragi Roti will go well with simple pickle or chutney too. You actually do not need much with these. Ragi rotis are gluten free and if you avoid ghee they can be vegan too. I of-course love a little ghee over these rotis so purely your choice. But the bottom line is that making the dough like this will save you from any hassel and though it might sound like time consuming…it is not. Infact I feel it’s less of mess 🙂

So go ahead make your Ragi Roti or Onions Ragi Roti and enjoy with your meals.
