Sattu Ki Kadhi

Sattu Kadhi tastes very close to regular kadhi. And making the pakoras in the appe pan is another plus. The look at the kadhi will make you fall in love. Just that the texture of pakoris will be little dense but otherwise they taste good.

I feel this worked as a good option for us when you are looking to include Sattu in your diet. Also Sattu make the kadhi more digestible as compared to besan due to its roasted composition. So it’s much lighter on your system and adding pakoras made in appe pan, it of course is an additional benefit.

Do try this Sattu Kadhi and enjoy with your family but like anything else do not miss a good ghee tadka.

Also if you are looking for more Kadhi’s here are some more variations , I have tried: Kadhi Recipes.
