Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ragi Flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1/2 Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a sauce pan and add salt and mix well and bring water to boil.

  2. Now put off the flame and add onions, coriander and cumin powder.

  3. Add ragi flour and with a spoon mix well till water is soaked well with the flour.

  4. Let it rest for 2 mins and then knead the flour with hands nicely and smear some ghee on the dough and let it sit for 10 mins.

  5. Now gently make small balls and roll into rotis and cook on a tawa on both the sides and then serve wit some ghee over it.
