Walnut Onion Dip

Walnut Onion Dip is super easy and extremely healthy to have. It’s a great way of adding nuts too in your or your’s kids meal much before they get to know about it.

A perfect recipe to go with starters and almost a never fail too. This recipe calls for cottage cheese but you can use hung curd too and that works great too, just don’t over blend it as it turns to get runny. Cottage cheese gives a nice body to the dip and that’s what makes it more interesting .

You can just have some nice salad sticks and enjoy digging in. Infact this Walnut Onion Dip tastes great on a toast too. I sometimes add some sautéed veggies on the toast and enjoy.

Even parathas taste great with this Dip and you must try them. Infact, I added chopped nuts instead of powdering them as it gives a nice bite instead of walnut powder. You can check more recipes of dips and spread here.

For mote, I keep sharing my recipes here and you may want to stay in touch.
