Amla Coriander Chutney

Amla Coriander Chutney is one of the easiest way to consume Amla during winters.

Chutneys are a great form to eat foods around us in raw form. These are rich in vitamins and can actually help us build our immunity. Amla and Coriander is a great combination and I feel they work so well together. However if you want this bright green color keep it as fresh as possible or it would turn a little pale.

Also you can’t store this Amla and Coriander Chutney, it not just fades in color the Amla turns a little bitter to taste. However the freshness is just amazing when you eat it with stuffed parathas or even dal and rice. I have fond memories of eating this as a kid everyday during winters. My mom is an ardent lover of chutneys and we haven’t had food without it. As much as we love our Dal and Tadka, we love these Chutneys too.

If you are looking for more dips and chutneys, here you go.
