Moth Beans Pulav

Moth Beans Pulav is here for you to try and relish a healthy meal. This Moth Beans Pulav is full of vegetables and Iron and Protein rich sprouted Moth beans making is just super tasty and yummy.

Sprouting beans and lentils not just  makes them nutritious but also easily digestible. I teamed this up with a gravy but otherwise too it can just be had as it is. You can make this as flavourful as possible though I prefer to keep food moderate in spices. This just helps in adapting to regular eating for kids in the family as well. But if you wish you can add some green chillies etc.

Also I prefer eating this pulav with gravy which again can be of any vegetable. My love for rice always gets satiated with these one pot meals which are quite wholesome. Hope you enjoy making them too.
