In a wok heat oil and add cumin seeds and whole masalas like cardamon, cloves and black pepper.
Add ginger and garlic paste and once its done add onion slices and caramalise them.
Next add some chopped tomatoes and cook till they are soft .
Add turmeric, cumin powder, biryani masala and then add sprouts and the vegetables and mix well.
Cook this for few mins and add salt and rice and mix .
Now add a tsp of ghee with the mint leaves with a bit of biryani masala and add 1 and 1/2 cup water and cover and cook for 20 mins till its done and rice absorbs
On top again add some fresh coriander, sprouts and some caramelised onions to garnish.
