Chatpata Stir Vegetables is my go to recipe everytime I buy Broccoli. Ofcourse I love Stir Fry Vegetables but what I sometimes want to avoid is the sauce. Hence this Chatpata Stir Vegetables is made with good garlic flavour with nice contrast of chat masala and no other spices. Me and my son both enjoyed having this with dal however you can have it just like that too.

Now generally for my son with so many vegetables I do add few cubes of paneer at times.  However since Broccoli is Iron rich I wanted to avoid dairy in the combination. Luckily for me he agreed to have Chatpata Stir Vegetables without Paneer and enjoyed it too.

I personally feel the colors and portion plays a lot on kids mind and hence I love playing with that. So here is a 10 mins recipe for Chatpata Stir Vegetables!
