Oats and Suji Sandwich is here for a quick and easy tiffin menu. This is inspired by a typical recipe of Suji Toast but with more nutrition and fibre from vegetables. Infact this Oats and Suji Sandwich is quite wholesome and also make a great evening snack, incase your child isn’t very fond of having milk in evening time.

Oats and Suji Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Roasted Suji (Semolina)
- 1 tbsp Roasted Powdered Oats
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Onions Chopped
- 1 tbsp Tomatoes Chopped
- 1 tsp Coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp Capsicum Chopped
- 2 tbsp Grated Paneer
- 1 tbsp Grated Cheese
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 4 slices Multigrain Bread
Instructions
Take a bowl and add suji, oats and mix with curd and leave for 2 mins.
Now mix all the vegetables like onions, capsicum, tomato, coriander and mix well. If its too thick add little water but remember it should not be very runny.
Next add cumin powder, salt, green chillis and keep aside the mixture.
Now mix cheese and paneer with some salt and black pepper and fill it up in between the bread slices.
Spread the mixture on both sides of the bread one by one and grill it on a pan with some oil.
Flip gently when one side is cooked and cook on the other side till both sides are crispy.
Cut them into small triangles and serve with homemade sauce or chutney.
