And today I bring you Thandai Popsicle something which I would say was need of the season if not anything else 😉

However I had Thandai Masala and this temperature rise on Mumbai suddenly post Holi was just screaming to me to try out something cool, so what better that Thandai Popsicle. Now the healthy twist which I couldn’t miss in this Thandai Popsicle was to use RD Malt instead of cornflour and that gave the goodness of millets to this icecream along with super tasty Thandai flavour.

Now using the moulds can be little tricky as they sometimes get stuck, so in order to take out the Thandai Popsicles easily, you will have to let it warm up a bit after taking out from the freezer and this will allow the popsicles to leave sides and come out smoothly.
