Who can say no to Coconut Ladoos and then now they come with goodness of RD Malt. I am in love with RD Malt for it is so wholesome and just blends so seamlessly into so many recipes that you can't say no.
Coming to these Coconut Ladoos, which get a taste enhancement and also nutrition from RD Malt. Keeping sugar least possible and using Jaggery as binding agent, the taste is superb and you must try it out. A small ladoos made when the mixture is warm enough will make it the binding easier. Cooling down the mixture would make jaggery harder too. So try this out and share your feedback on this for sure.

Ingredients
- Dessicated Coconut: 1 cup
- Ghee: 1 tsp
- Grated Jaggery: 2 tbsp
- RD Malt: 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Saute dessicated coconut on ghee for some 2-3 mins.
- Add RD Malt into it and then the grated jaggery.
- Adjust jaggery as RD Malt is mildy sweet unless you have no-sugar version.
- Use your hands to make ladoos when its still warm as jaggery when melted helps in binding.
