Here I bring you first recipe with RD Malt. Now that you know RD Malt  and how interestingly it can be used in various recipes. While Recipe Dabba has always tired to bring forward easy, healthy and tasty recipes for you, we here by bring you this amazing desset made out of RD Malt. We have used the rose flavour and that definitely  add to the flavour more along with its added nutrition.

While adding it to custard I wasn't expecting great results but it so happened that the outcome was just out of the world. You can add the choice of fruits you want to add but don;t miss the RD Malt to enhance the flavour of the custard

Ingredients
  1. Milk: 2 cups
  2. Custard Powder: 2 tbsp
  3. RD Malt - Rose : 1 tbsp
  4. Brown Sugar: 1 tbsp
  5. Jaggery Cocoa Sauce: 2 tbsp
  6. Oats: 1 tbsp
  7. Mango: 2 tbsp diced
Instructions
  1. Roast some oats and then mix jaggery and cocoa sauce.
  2. For Jaggery and cocoa sauce, melt some jaggery and add cocoa and cinammon and use it.
  3. Mix custard and RD malt in 2 tbsp on cold milk.
  4. Boil the rest of the milk and as it reaches boiling point add the custard and malt mix and let mix it well till it thickens.
  5. Now in a serving bowl put a layer of oats and then the custard and then spread the jaggery cocoa sauce on the top and garnish with some rose leaves and mango on the sides.
  6. Cool this in fridge and serve it chilled.
