No Oil Palak Paneer

No Oil Palak Paneer was on my for quite some time but still I wanted to make sure it tastes as yum as original. So the catch in No Oil Palak Paneer was to use the paste instead of chopped onions or garlic and boil onions before making a paste. These paste cook well as they boil in their own moisture but needs to be cooked well so as to avoid the raw taste in final product of No Oil Palak Paneer.

Also in No Oil Palak Paneer we use curd at the end which gives creaminess and a good substitute for cream. Infact in No Oil Palak Paneer the paneer is not fried but can be put in boiling water and the may be roasted on the tawa otherwise can be used just like that.
