The Dill and Olives Sandwich turned out to be as amazing as it looks. It was full of all the good things and flavour of dill just made it yummier. So I was just trying to make something useful with the olives which I had bought for pizza last night and wasn't sure how to finish them before it expires. That's when I tried to make this Dill and Olives Sandwich.
Now Dill leaves are highly aromatic and strong in flavour so olives didn't change the taste but gave a nice tangy bite to the sandwich which had a good blend oh hung curd. Another interesting aspect is to use fresh curd for making hung curd so it isn't very tangy, otherwise you can balance it with some cream cheese.Well this Dill and Olives Sandwich was fulfilling enough and hung curd gave it that required creaminess. You can pack these for lunch or snacks and let everyone enjoy the greens in the sandwich.
