Ingredients
  1. Wheat flour: 1 cup
  2. Oats powder: 2 tbsp
  3. Ragi flour: 1 tbsp
  4. Spinach puree: 1/2 cup
  5. Salt: as per taste
  6. Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
  7. Mushroom: 1/2 cup sliced
  8. Onions: 1 sliced
  9. Tomato: 1 small chopped
  10. Capsicum: 1/2 cup sliced
  11. Black pepper: as per taste
  12. Basil : 1/2 tsp
  13. Garlic: 1 tsp chopped
  14. Tomato sauce: 1 tbsp
  15. Hung curd: 2 tbsp
  16. Honey: 1 tbsp
  17. Oil: 1 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Knead the flour with ginger garlic paste and spinach puree and keep aside.
  2. Add honey, black pepper, salt in hung curd.
  3. Heat oil and add chopped garlic and then saute onions.
  4. Add tomato , capsicum and mushroom with little salt and cook till its done.
  5. Add tomato sauce, basil, black pepper and keep aside.
  6. Now make a roti out of spinach dough and spread the hung curd spread.
  7. Next add the layer of mushroom on the sides and wrap the roti tightly.
