Ingredients

  • 1 cup idli batter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
  • 1 cup mushroom (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1 tsp flax seeds powder

Instructions

  1. Add oregano, chilli flakes, flax seeds powder , salt in the idli batter and keep aside

  2. Take a flat, circular steamer plate and pour the batter evenly and steam it for 15 mins and then let it cool down. 

  3. Take different shapes cookie cutter and cut steamed idli into small shapes.

  4. Now heat olive oil and saute garlic and then add mushrooms and cook for 1 min.

  5. Next add puree and cook till its water evaporates. 

  6. Add little sugar and salt and saute for a while.

  7. Add oregano seasonings, salt, black pepper and lemon juice at the end.

  8. Now take the cut outs and spread green chutney and then put the mushroom mixture and sprinkle some grated cheese over it.

  9. Bake it at 180 degrees for 5 mins and serve hot.
