Heat olive oil and saute garlic till they are light brown and keep aside.
Peel off the skin from the soaked almonds.
Take a grinder and put broccoli, garlic, almonds, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, basil leaves and with some 1 tbsp of water and make a paste.
Adjust the seasonings or add more water till you have the right spread consistency of the spread.
Serve it with toasted bread sticks or even lavash breads.
