Soak millets in water for 20 mins.
Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp oil and saute cumin seeds, green chilli and chopped garlic.
Add onions and saute them and add tomatoes and cook them nicely.
Now add frozen peas and corn along with salt and black pepper and mix well.
Add the soaked millets with around 3/4 cup water and salt and mix well. Cover and cook till millets are done.
Add kitchen king masala and lemon juice with sprouts and mix well.
