Add soaked Jowar (this should be soaked for at least 8 hours) in a pressure cooker with water and salt and boil for around 5-6 whistles till its reasonably softer.
Now heat some oil in a wok and add green chilli, onions , ginger garlic , one by one as you sauté it till all raw smell is goes.
Add tomatoes and cook for a bit and add chat masala, garam masala and cumin powder along with little salt and boiled jowar.
Cover this an cook for another 5 mins on slow and then put off the flame and cool it down.
Now add this jowar in a mixer and make a thick paste of it.
Take out the paste in a bowl and keep it in refrigerator for 10 mins till its cooled down more.
Now take a pan and smear little oil and with your damp hands make small tikki or patties and cook both sides in the pan.
Place four tikkis on a plate and top it up with honey sweetened yoghurt, tamarind chutney, cucumber, pomegranate seeds and some grapes and peanuts.
Garnish with Coriander leaves, serve immediately and enjoy this gluten free and extremely tasty Jowar Tikki Chat.
