Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio Rice
  • 4 cups Vegetable Stock
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil Chopped
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushroom

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat butter and add rice and saute it on slow flame and keep aside.

  2. Seperately in another pan heat olive oil and saute onions and garlic and then add sliced mushrooms and little salt, pepper , oregano and chilli flakes.

  3. Now mix the rice and sauté for a while and gradually add stock 1/2 cup and cook and then again 1/2 cup and so on till the rice is nicely done.

  4. Once done, add basil leaves , lemon juice and parmesan cheese , mix and serve hot.
