First take a bowl and mix ghee , carrom seeds, salt , baking soda into whole wheat flour and mix well. Gradually add little water and knead a nice and soft dough and let it sit for 30 mins.
Now grease a baking tray, preheat the oven for 10 mins.
In a bowl add sattu, lemon pickle masala, salt, coriander, green chillies, finely chopped onions and garlic and mix well. At the end add a little lemon juice and stuffing is ready.
Take small dough balls and stuff this sattu mix and roll them up again into balls and arrange on the baking tray and bake for 180 degrees for 25 mins and the change sides and bake for another 5 mins.
For Chokha we would make three varieties; Aloo chokha is mash two boiled potatoes, add salt, green chilli, coriander, garlic and onions and if needed a little cumin powder . At the end mix 1 tbsp raw mustard oil and 1 tsp lemon juice and its ready.
Baigan Bharta: Peel and mash the gas roasted brinjal and add chopped tomato, onions, garlic, green chilli, coriander, salt , lemon juice and 1 tbsp raw mustard oil.
Tamatar Chokha: Peel and mash tomatoes , add one boiled potato (optional) add chopped, onions, garlic, green chilli, coriander, salt , lemon juice and 1 tbsp raw mustard oil.
Once Littis are done serve them with Toor Dal and these three variety of Choka and the chutney.
