Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sprouted Horse Gram
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 cup Green Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sattu
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a pressure cooker and add 1 tsp oil and then add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and onions and saute it for 2 mins

  2. Add Green peas and Horse gram sprouts with some salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and with 1/2 cup water and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.

  3. Once the pressure is released, check is its all dry or else let the water evaporate by heating on slow flame and then add this in grinder with chopped coriander, lemon juice and chat masala and make a paste.

  4. Add sattu into the paste and keep it into the fridge for some time.

  5. Next with damp hands make small kababs and air fry/shallow fry with very little oil. Just be patient while flipping them as they are very soft.

  6. Serve them with tea/milk or parathas along with green chutney.
