On a slow flame first dry roast Jowar Flour for good 10 to 12 mins , till it starts giving a nice aroma.
Next roast Channa Sattu for 5 to 7 mins separately and keep aside.
Now add nuts in a mixer and make fine powder. Remember to do this after they have cooled down, otherwise it would release oil which will make it sticky. We need dry powder for this recipe.
Next add both jowar and sattu in the mixer and mix it well.
Transfer this mix to the wok and roast it again for few minutes and then cool it down and store it in air tight containers.
You can either mix jaggery to make this sweet or salt to use it in savory recipes.
