Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasonings
  • 7 Soaked Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Soaked Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk (or Cow's Milk if not Vegan)
  • 1/2 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Almonds and Sunflower seeds have to be soaked for min 5 to 6 hours and then peel the almonds and keep ready.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and then add oats and roast it too.

  3. Add 1/4 cup of water and cook it till oats are cooked well and it absorbs all the water.

  4. Add salt, black pepper and mix it well and then add the oats in a mixer jar along with almonds and sunflower seeds.

  5. Now with little almond milk (or cow's milk) pulse the mixture , you might have to add and adjust almond milk till you get spread like consistency.

  6. Add italian seasonings and pulse once more before storing it in a glass jar to use it later on a toast or with salad.
