Dry roast Poha and Oats seperately and then seperately powder them too as fine as you can.
Now add chat masala, jaggery, baking soda, salt, chilli flakes, oregano and mix them well.
Mix yoghurt and oil together and whisk them well and then gradually mix in the dry mix along with the coriander.
Lightly with fingers crumble the dough and spend 2 mins at the step.
Gradually use milk to bind the dough together in a sticky but one big lump.
Now with some oil in hand take out small ball and flatten them into thin puris.
Use cookie cutter to give even shapes. Remember the thickness should be as much as 1/2 inch. Then drizzle some peanuts over the crackers too.
While this step is on pre heat the oven and grease the baking tray.
Keep the crackers with some 2-3 inch distance between them and bake them for 8 mins on one side at 180 degress celsius and then flip it over and bake for another 8 mins. It should turn brown on both sides if not you can increase another 5 mins of baking time.
Let it rest in the over for 5 - 10 and then take it out and cool on a wire tray before serving with a hot cup of tea.
