Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dosa Batter
  • 500 gms Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Onions (Sliced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Pesto
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Basil

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil and saute garlic and then onions along with all the peppers for 2 mins and then add paneer and mix well with some salt, dry basil, chilli flakes and black pepper .

  2. Now add some pesto into the vegetables and after mixing keep it aside.

  3. Heat the dosa pan and pour the mixture to make a crispy dosa and then keep the vegetable mixture at on extreme end and wrap is gently but tightly.

  4. Transfer the wrapped dosa on a chopping board and with a sharp knife cut into small pieces and enjoy.
