  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/4 cup Boiled Red Beans or Rajma
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. Lets first make the dressing, dry roast mustard seeds, cumin seeds together for 30 to 40 secs till they give a nice aroma and then transfer it to mixer and add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, red chilli flakes, salt and make a fine powder and keep aside.

  2. Take hung curd in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of this grounded masala along with some vinegar, honey and olive oil and give it a mix till it smooth and keep it aside.

  3. Now cut thin strips of carrot (you can use thick grater too), bell peppers and slices of onions and add them to a bowl with the boiled rajma.

  4. To this add the dressing you made with yoghurt and mix it well with the cut vegetables so it coats it evenly. Now taste a bit and adjust seasonings as per your taste, like if you want more sweet add honey or sour add lemon juice etc.

  5. At the end garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds and enjoy the salad with creamy healthy mustard and honey dressing.
