Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 2 Walnuts Chopped
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Flax seeds Powder

Instructions

  1. For protein dip take a mixer and add cottage cheese, yoghurt , flax seeds powder, black pepper , garlic and mixed herbs and make a fine paste. Add finely chopped walnuts and chilli flakes and mix well again and keep aside.

  2. Cut carrot and zucchini in thin stips and transfer them in a bowl.

  3. Now add, salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, garlic powder, onion powder and olive oil into the bowl and give it a nice mix so all the spices get coated on vegetables

  4. Preheat over for 2 mins and then transfer these sticks on a baking tray and bake it for good 15 mins on 180 degree Celsius. You can later grill it for 3-5 mins too. 

  5. Serve these baked sticks along with the protein dip you made and enjoy.
