For protein dip take a mixer and add cottage cheese, yoghurt , flax seeds powder, black pepper , garlic and mixed herbs and make a fine paste. Add finely chopped walnuts and chilli flakes and mix well again and keep aside.
Cut carrot and zucchini in thin stips and transfer them in a bowl.
Now add, salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, garlic powder, onion powder and olive oil into the bowl and give it a nice mix so all the spices get coated on vegetables
Preheat over for 2 mins and then transfer these sticks on a baking tray and bake it for good 15 mins on 180 degree Celsius. You can later grill it for 3-5 mins too.
Serve these baked sticks along with the protein dip you made and enjoy.
