Ingredients

  • 2 cup Mushroom
  • 150 gms Paneer
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Sliced Onions
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Diced Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Stalks
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Kitchen King
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil a wok and saute garlic and coriander stalks for a min.

  2. Add onions and saute it too for a min and then add mushrooms slices and cook for 30 secs.

  3. Add Paneer dices and mix it gently as it cooks with mushroom and the water it leaves.

  4. Keep cooking without covering on medium flame for 1 min and then add some sauce and tomato dices.

  5. Cook this for 2-3 mins and then add salt. black pepper, kitchen king and coriander leaves.

  6. Once its done and mushroom water has evaporated, switch off the flame and add lemon juice and its ready to be served.
