Baked Cauliflower in Jowar Sauce

Baked Cauliflower in Jowar Sauce is here to rule. This one tastes absolutely fabulous. I need not say it again incase you have followed my other recipes that Jowar has amazing taste and adding that as a replacement of your sauce is just too good. I love making these again and again and the sauce can just be had as a spread too . The good thing is this doesn’t require any cheese but if you want , feel free to add a little on top as garnish.

Kids would enjoy this too . However if you want to add some other vegetables, feel free to do so. That too goes very well. This Baked Cauliflower in Jowar is Sauce is the cousin of this other recipe I tried sometime back, Broccoli in Ragi Sauce

The goodness of millets is not unknown anymore. While sometimes we look for ideas to include it in our diet , this recipe will definitely be useful. I prefer steaming the cauliflower before hand or you can boil it too. This helps in even cooking  and less baking time too.
