Makhana and Peanut Bites

Makhana and Peanut Bites are super tasty and all you would do is go on eating it back to back. These Makhana and Peanut Bites aren’t like cookies but are more chewy and soft from inside. Banana makes them such and also gives a great sweetness with a good blend of peanut butter taste.

So I am a huge Makhana fan and I make lot of things out of Makhana. Makhana or Foxnuts are highly nutritious and rich in calcium and protein too. While I would share the other recipes soon, you must try this Makhana and Peanut Bites. These are basically baked makhana powder with the fat of peanut butter and moistness and sweetness of Banana. You have to taste it to believe it.

Calling them cookie will actually change your expectations towards it, hence I prefer calling them Makhana and Peanut Bites. You need to store them in refrigerator and they stay good for 4 to 5 days. If you want , you can snack on them in mid morning as well as evenings. These work great for that sweet cravings too, thanks to the banana 🙂

However stick to only 1.2 a banana or else they will turn too cakey due to the moisture Banana adds. Also if you can add some homemade peanut butter nothing like it, it only gets better. So go ahead and try this recipe and enjoy more. If you are looking for more Makhana recipes, here you go.
