Pesto Dosa Wraps are a super easy snack option or even breakfast option for you and your family. Not just it is healthy in all sense but very fulfilling. You can pack this in tiffin boxes as a full wrap and have it for a quick lunch too.
Infact I had some Basil Pesto already in the refrigerator and hence making this was a breeze for me. Another interesting this is that this recipe of Pesto Dosa Wraps works best with Basil Pesto, you can however used any pesto and love it too.
I generally make these wraps for brunch and it comes out quite well. You can also add zucchini etc though I limited it to just peppers. Somehow Paneer and Peppers is what I love the most. So lets now waste time and lets get to the recipe of Pesto Dosa Wraps.
Pesto Dosa Wraps
Ingredients
- 2 cups Dosa Batter
- 500 gms Paneer
- 1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup Onions (Sliced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Pesto
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Dry Basil
Instructions
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil and saute garlic and then onions along with all the peppers for 2 mins and then add paneer and mix well with some salt, dry basil, chilli flakes and black pepper .
Now add some pesto into the vegetables and after mixing keep it aside.
Heat the dosa pan and pour the mixture to make a crispy dosa and then keep the vegetable mixture at on extreme end and wrap is gently but tightly.
Transfer the wrapped dosa on a chopping board and with a sharp knife cut into small pieces and enjoy.
