Choco Nut Ladoos are here for you. Something easy to make when in hurry. Give it with milk and the breakfast is done. These ladoos are loaded with protein from nuts and have sweetness of jaggery making every bite healthy and tasty.
The catch is to add cocoa powder in this for that chocolate flavour and cinnamon helps to cut the earthy flavour which jaggery has. Ghee of course helps in binding and enhances the taste too. You must try these Choco Nut Ladoos and let your kids enjoy their meal time.
Choco Nut Ladoo
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Dry Roasted Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Dry Roasted Almonds
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Jaggery Powder
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Ghee
Instructions
Take a mixer grinder and add peanut and almonds and coarsely ground it.
Lightly warm the jaggery powder and add in the grinder along with nuts.
Next add cinnamon and cocoa and mix it again without powdering the nuts too much.
Take them out in a bowl and add warm ghee and with hand make small balls/ladoos.
