Tomato Sauce is loved by most of people I know, specially kids. Reason is simple, its sweet, easy available and we have been using Tomato Sauce since the we know food literally 🙂
However like most of the market bought things ketchup or sauces are not just high on sugar content but even preservatives. Infact I realised its a myth thinking that Tomato Sauce takes lot of time which it doesn’t and I prefer making in small batches like my spreads and chutneys to make sure we eat but don’t over eat too.I remember my mom would get these made from processing units when we were small and store them for whole of the year. This recipe is interesting as it can use used in tomato soups, makhani gravy and even as pasta sauce apart from just spreading it in a sandwich. I didn’t add much seasonings but you can add some cinnamon or even more garlic if you wish to.
So here is a quick fix tomato sauce recipe for you.
