Here is a super easy Uttapam Sandwich recipe and you would love to have this with steaming hot Sambhar for breakfast. So those days when you get bored of regular south indian but still love it a lot to keep trying it, this is one recipe for your rescue. Infact this Uttapam Sandwich is a good substitute for breads while not everyone can bake at home.
I loved it and my 8 year old found it quite fancy because of the shape it had and the chutneys were giving additional kick to the recipe. So you can choose your own tasty chutneys while I used the ones I had available to make this Uttapam Sandwich.
