Ingredients

  • 1 cup Steamed Broccoli
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 6-7 Soaked Almonds
  • 4-5 Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and saute garlic till they are light brown and keep aside.

  2. Peel off the skin from the soaked almonds.

  3. Take a grinder and put broccoli, garlic, almonds, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, basil leaves and with some 1 tbsp of water and make a paste.

  4. Adjust the seasonings or add more water till you have the right spread consistency of the spread.

  5. Serve it with toasted bread sticks or even lavash breads.
